What should I prepare for the hibachi party?

Accepted Answer

Two 8ft L-shape tables (up to 10 people) or three 6ft U-shape tables (12-15 people), plus utensils, plates, bowls, beverages, and chairs. We offer table and chair rental if needed.

When does the chef arrive?

About 15 minutes before the reservation time to set up the grill and prep station.

Do you set up tables and chairs?

Accepted Answer

We provide the chef, grill, food, and entertainment. Tables and chairs are available for rent, or you can supply your own.

Do you cook inside the house?

Accepted Answer

No, cooking is done outdoors on patios, balconies, or under awnings. Guests can eat indoors. We are fully licensed and insured.

Does the food contain nuts or sesame?

Accepted Answer

No, our food is free of nuts and sesame. Please notify us of any other allergies when booking so the chef can prepare separately.

Can you accommodate gluten-free guests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Please bring your own gluten-free soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, and the chef will cook your portion separately.

What if someone doesn't eat meat?

Accepted Answer

Tofu is available at no extra charge. We also add extra vegetables, salad, and noodles for vegetarian and vegan guests.

Can we bring our own proteins or ingredients?

Accepted Answer

No, due to insurance and pricing requirements we cannot cook outside proteins or food.
